The day I checked tracker, it was not activated.

Next day I received my passport.

Did you got the same Cover which you included in the Canadapost with your Passport?
or they sent your passports in another Postal Cover?

Tracker is showing start date as 3rd Dec and delivery as 4th Dec.

Yes they used same prepaid xprespost which I sent with passport to them.

Hello,

I applied for PR in 2012 and got a medical request actually in September but it went in spam and i missed it, so they sent me a reminder in November. I went for medical examination and it was received a week ago(CIC application status) i sent them an email to confirm if they have received it, but i neither got any reply nor a passport request which i think usually comes within 2-3 days after medicals have been received. Should i wait for passport request or send them another email?

It can take up to few weeks to get passport request after medical . I got passport request one month after medical exam. Some got it after 2 months.

2-3 days is not realistic considering that your results are first assessed by a medical officer in cic , who then forwards the assessment to the visa officer.

You just have to wait . All the best!

I received my Medical request on 13/Nov and completed it on 21/Nov. Prior to that I was asked to do RCMP finger print, which I did the same day on 12/Nov.

I am yet to receive RPRF request. I noticed that most of the people received Medical and RPRF request almost the same day and in my case I haven't received for almost a month. Is this normal or should I reach out to CIC, Sydney office

it depends on the VO officer also may be.

I got all Medical , RPRF , Biodata and request PCC on the same day.
