I would look for other threads that have to do with your visa office, and check processing times on the CIC website. Take note though, with the strike that's going on, it could take longer.

We have several December PPR's on our Outland Spouses board, so it seems that December is starting to move right along. I haven't been on your board, but please feel free to add me, if you like, to show some Ottawa activity. So far, for all the frustration of this process, in my case it seems to be in the heads of my husband and me. I know many have had issues, but for those with unremarkable cases, it seems that the process can work. (Though in my case, I'm "importing" a daughter who was a "legal" 21 when we applied and turned 22 during the process, and with the new rule, I think, going into effect with 19 being the new max age starting in January, that gave me some heartburn.) The biggest issue is ECAS and the fact that they don't update because that could save so many headaches for us and CIC if they would. I'm hoping that I'll have my COPR within the average 30 days, but I still see application received in ECAS. I have to move out of my condo at the end of July as well as orchestrate retirement from my company, so I sure hope this happens within 30 days! Most of all, I really appreciate all of you who keep these boards updated, because it's given me some idea of what is happening and what the real average times for the stages are, big kudos to you!

I'm hoping to hear next for Ottawa, since I'm next on the spreadsheet for Ottawa lol :P
