I think it is uncontrollable for us all! Especially in the beginning stage when from what I gather from other posters, E-case actually changes!!
I've been approved as a sponsor already. I received an email about the sponsor approval and yesterday i received an email from cic tel aviv that they received my wife's application for permanent residence and gave me the uci and application # but there was no link to e-cas. And they sent another e mail asking for documents to be sent by a due date but they provided no information about what they wanted or the due date. I posted about my situation on page 29.brightredscream said:Have you recieved sponsorship approval yet? When you do, they give you a case number and. Link to e-cas

I forwarded the email back to them asking for more info, I might try calling but I'd have to stay up until 1 or 2 am. Do you think it's possible they sent that e mail by mistake?Sweden said:for your situation - best is to contact them - I would say through the "case specific enquiry" or directly answering to their email, asking them to re-send it with more details.
Good luck,

they might have sent it by mistake, or sent it too fast without updating it with the correct info - what was needed, and what was the deadline. Give it a day or two, and see if you get an answer. most likely, they will either send you a corrected version of the email, or an answer saying that they have made a mistake and there is nothing needed from you at that stage.Wpg80 said:I forwarded the email back to them asking for more info, I might try calling but I'd have to stay up until 1 or 2 am. I received an email this morning from cic tel aviv and they told me the application is under review and no further documents are required. Very good news for me today!Sweden said:they might have sent it by mistake, or sent it too fast without updating it with the correct info - what was needed, and what was the deadline. It took only 2 months, Mississauga received my application on dec 14/2012 and now it's all over. I wish everyone luck on a speedy process like I received.
