Hi Guys, i finally got acknowledgement last night with the medical request. I will doing it this Saturday and hopefully everything goes smooth from here.

Do you know whats the next process, how long it will take them to process my application and if i have to send any other documentation like Canadian police verification?

Any December applicants without AOR and MR yet? I hope not, but it's been a little quiet on this page, so I'm not sure.

I have a question for everyone, what is your ecas showing? When I log in, it says app received, and then I click on it and it says your app was received dec 21st. Nothing else, I've even confirmed with CPP Ottawa that they received my medicals on the 25th of April, bit it's still not updated, and it's getting me a little worried. Does anybody know if people have gotten their PPR's without having their ecas updated? I only ask because PPR have started arriving for applicants who submitted their medicals just a few weeks before me.

Sorry dude, I'm in Ottawa, usually though, DMP take about 2 weeks to send the results as they have to wait for the blood tests from the provincial labs to come through.

The PPR stage which is the next one after medicals assuming you are approved seems to be taking anywhere between 6-12 weeks over the last couple of months. I've had two November applicant friends who just got their PPRs exactly a month after their medicals reached CPP Ottawa, but ofcourse there is a lot of other examples that are taking longer

many ppl had their ecas updated with ME received a month after Ottawa office reception received their ME result. I think "ME received" on ecas means they have been through some kind of assessment on your med result...

I suppose. I have to stop reading some of these other topics on this forum with stories of 9+ months people are waiting after their medicals. I can't believe its only been just over a month since I did my medicals.. it feels like 8 months...

Finally received my file number yesterday...
