My ecas changed to Decision Made yesterday morning and my return envelope was activated at 4:16pm! I was hoping it would arrive today, but the tracking shows that it went from Windsor to London Ontario last night but hasn't moved yet today - I think it might sit in London Ontario until Monday...

You can find out approved doctors for medicals on their site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx It would seem messy doing it outside of Canada. But it sounds like it shouldn't be a problem if you had to. (Assuming Dubai is on that list)

Same here! I need to have it all sorted by August 31st. They received mine in Detroit on June 25th....I'm pretty hopefully I'll be able to do my landing before August 31st (date my current visa expires) but I would have preferred to have it all done and dusted before the end of July.
