Can any one guide me that the Pre-June 2010 applicants who got
1: medical request after Jan 2012, OR
2: addition of “Actual Process Start date ...” in their status
was doing continuously emails to visa office? I did email to them in November 2011 and they replied in generic way “During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision". Wait wait....

Means I want to know, whether I have to email inquiry to visa office, can it be beneficial? or just wait.

Still sat waiting like some others here but I feel we are close!!
In the meantime I have a question!
I actually got my medical done last April however certain circumstances meant I couldn't send my application until December. So my medical will more than likely expire before I get PR. And I have heard that them requesting a new medical from you can delay application by a few months.

Should I get a new medical done and once my application has first stage approval (and I have received a UCI number) send them my new medical therefore they wouldn't need to request one and could save me a few months?
I'm sure this has happened tO others over the years so I'm thinking this is what they did.

Hey Cobra, I believe your countries VO processing time is 5-6 months? If I were you, I would go ahead and re-do the medical, knowing that it will expire in two months! Your medicals CAN'T Be expired when you land. EVERYONE MUST LAND BEFORE THEIR MEDICAL EXPIRES!!! It's on their website. Either you re-do it now, or you wait until it actually expires before you get your visa. If you wait until it expires and do it again, it may cause even more of a delay. I would go ahead and re-do them to cause any further delays.

Guys I have a question about RPRF fee, the thing is we did not pay it yet. I read the manual again and it says that they advise to pay it together with the application fee to prevent further delays on processing time. Should we pay it now or should we wait for the letter or request for us to pay it? I am now waiting for a PPR.

I didnt pay it earlier when i sent my application , but i did like 3 weeks after i submitted the initial application. Its "better" than "late"

They received my applicaton on Dec 28th, I got the letter stating they were working on it on February 6th and then approval today February 14th. Very happy that I'm on my way. One more thing my friend...when did you get a letter stating they are working on it on Feb 6th...Did you get any AOR?

Hi, I also did not pay the fee earlier and want to pay it as soon as possible. Can you tell how you approach it? like where (which office) do u send the payment or the receipt if pay online.
