Congrats to everyone those who recieved ITA.

Expert advice required:

1. My canadian education I claimed 15 points (2 yr) of education, however my course was of 3 yr but because I was a master's from india I got credential for 1 yr.

So I wanted to change the level of education to 3 yr bachleor degree/ or diploma option but I was not able to do it I got an Invitation before that at the score of 481

2. My work expereince in Canada is from 3rd September 2013- 30th October 2013 (1st company -contract postion NOC CODE 2211)
19th November 2013- 6th September 2013 (2nd Company- permanent position NOC CODE 2211)

I have got 3 yr expereince count I am not sure if it makes it exactly 3 yr experience or not?

Also, I have recieved invitation under CEC. So my score breakdown would have been. I am confused cuz i have not claim 30 points there and if 3 yr is not my exact work experience I have to minus 11 points from my total? 481-11= 470? or i can explain 481+15(for education) -11(2 yr instead of 3 yr work expereince = 485.??

Please help me out I have waited long enough for this ITA. Don't want to claim anything wrong.

Thanks,
AARJUN

The bolded part is correct assuming you're eligible for the 30 points of Canadian education.

Below is a note from CIC site for the medical exam

Are you applying to sponsor your spouse, partner or child?

A new application process for the spousal sponsorship program came into effect on December 15, 2016. Upfront medical exams are no longer needed for spouses, partners or dependent children. To help avoid delays in processing, wait for our instructions before going for your medical exam.

Find more information on what to do for your medical exam.

I hope the above note is for a family sponsorship, Primary applicant is already PR holder? Pls confirm guys about this?

Did anybody else encountered following.
I filled in first part and added most of PDF in the second part. Now I am rechecking the first part if all is OK and correct. And suddenly some parts (like traveling or personal history) were not show correctly or completely deleted. And the application part turned into process (it was shown as completed before). Like if some data had dissapeared.
I had to add those data again.
Lesson is, keep the screenprints.

Yes, you need to mention Yes for that question and make an entry in below table for that trip. You should not skip your all trips to India because you must submit your passport to them to issue a PCC and they would check all your trips from your passport.

Please make sure to use the latest forms from the Check list instead of from the requirements

I have questions on my check list, expert (DelPiero/Asivad Anac) advice/help needed

1. Passport/Travel Documents (Multiple)
2. Proof of Medical exam
3. Offer of Employment
4. Education (diplomas/degree)
5. Employment Records
6. Employment Records
7. Education Transcripts
8. Letter of Employment
9. Police Certificates (Multiple)
10. Digital Photo

Now, Offer of employment will be offer letter that we got before or on joining ?
Employment Records: what will be that ? Payslip ? And why 2 times? Bcos I had 2 job, one in home country and one here ? But if it is payslip, I don't have any of payslip from old job..
Letter of Employment will be the letter from current and previous jobs explaining my duties ?

Education (diplomas/degree) : in this section I have to upload WES report and original degrees ?

Also, i don't have LIMA for my Job, did I select wrong answer to any question, and that is why i am looking this big checklist for jobs ?

Yes, you're claiming you have a valid job offer and that's why it requires "offer of employment" and "letter of employment"

If you do not have LMIA or a LMIA exempt permit which is employer specific (which meets all IRCC's requirements) you do not have a valid job offer

Please find my comments below for your inquiries
Offer letter which you got before or on joining, that is enough. Please also include duties if your offer letter does not cover them, you may ignore if your offer letter already covered them when you got it. CIC also stated that this offer letter should be also ", and state that you will be employed permanently in Canada by that company" but you may ignore this because it is highly impossible to get such offer letters from employers.
Please upload your current company pay stubs and reference letter as you must have them in handy. You can ignore to upload the pay stubs and reference letter for your second employment because these are exactly not mandatory as per the instructions.
Please upload your marks sheets, provisional, original/convocation and WES reports
you don't need to have LIMA because I assume you are on ICT.
You may have an ICT WP and based on it, I assume you did not select any wrong answers while creating your profile.

So, My answer to this question should be under work history (Intended work in Canada):

Does ABC have a job offer in Canada?
The offer must:
be for full-time and for at least one year
meet different requirements depending on type of job (i.e. some need apprenticeships and certification) and
be non-seasonal for Federal Skilled Workers.

No ?

Correct, and once you do that you'll only be required to upload proof of employment (ref. letter) in the "employment records" slot.

Thanks for info.

But, no I don't have ICT WP, I am at open PGWP only. So answer to: Does ABC have a job offer in Canada? should be NO ?
