daughter on PR paperwork?

Hello I have been married 2yrs( been together 6)to a Canada.Im an America,we Live just 45m to hr apart depends on border traffice..We are getting ready to start the paper work finally,i was waiting until my
daughter finish high school,Aug she is off to college in NY and living in the dorms,where does she fall in on the paperwork? She is 18. This is kinda a different Question but if i am a PR n support her while in school,does that mess up she financial aide each year after i am a PR? Besides a lawyer is there anyone else i can call that can help me with this?

If she is 18, she must be included as a dependent in your application. If she doesn't intend to move to Canada, she can be included as non-accompanying.
