Yes you are right I have tried every possible way to contact them as well as going to embassy in person sending inquiry talking to member of parliament and etc...
So I don't see anything wrong with going there and asking them that Checking couple page of application and background shouldn't take this long while this is a family matter and they are playing with our life and time that we could spend with our families instead of just chatting and talking on the phone .
I don't know what type of person these people are that they don't believe in these evidence that shows we are together and we will be together .

i have tried many ways too...the only way is protest....i think..if the others also gather we need just 30-40 people to do that ....with placard that shows it is our right to be with our wife/husband...

Guys,

a couple of my friends in Iran who have applied for PR as skilled workers say their files have been transfered from Damascus to Warsaw, Poland. These are people who have sent their application these past couple of months.
I wonder if anything like this is happening to our applications. What do you think?

Guys does the PPR request come to the sponsered person's email?Or is it sent by mail?

from what ive seen here and heard, the ppr goes to the same email address that they used to contact you regarding other things, basically the primary email address that they sent the AOR and RQ to, i could be wrong but i think that's how it is, but i know its DEFINITELY EMAIL!

interestinggg ...... hmmm it could be that they are forwarding those cases there to divide the work load they have, i mean FSW is different than spouse and maybe since the situation isnt too great in syria right now they are trying to process the spousal ones and forward the other ones to less busier offices, but for sure its not going to happen to our applications because if they wanted to send applications somewhere else they would just STOP accepting applications all together, but they are still getting spouse sponsorship application in Damascus so it has nothing to do with us

My Husband lives in Ottawa , he will be there if you decide to go , i believe this will be the last way to talk to those people!!

This is interesting! We listed both our emails and sometimes VO contacts my wife, and sometimes me via email. Never do they send us both the same emails though. I am counting the moments until PPR comes, regardless of which email it is sent to!

get an account on Gmail...google talk has calling to America and Canada for free. That is how I call my family in Canada, remember I am living in Kuwait. You can call their cell or home number and it does not cost a dime. At least this will help with the phone calls.

OMG!my husband`s phone bill became 1100$:(
it is veryyyyyyyy bad....i cant wait anymore...it costs for us a lot....
