as you know guys the PM send damscus office e-mil month ago, this is what I got so far

This refers to your e-mail message received on March 15, 2011 concerning the above named applicant.

We regret the delay in responding to your message below, the email was transferred to the wrong mail box.

Please be advised that Mr. *****application was received on September 21, 2010 at the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga and the departmental standard for processing spouse cases is twelve (12) months from submission of the sponsorship to visa issuance. Spouses have the highest processing priority and the application is in the queue for review by the responsible officer. Current processing time in Damascus is nine (9) months from receipt of the approved sponsorship.

The application is anticipated to be reviewed by June 2011.

The applicant will be contacted when the application reaches the next stage of processing. Of course, it is most helpful to us if the contact information remains up-to-date and the clients respond to our requests in as timely a manner as possible.

makes sense..... but i think they just say the MAX time so we dont keep emailing them, i mean how would they know EXACTLY when they are going to look at a file? its impossible since all files are different all situations are different so i think they give a general time but im pretty sure its going to happen faster than what they said, good luck anyway ;D

I ve recieved the same above email from them a week ago the difference is that my medicals will be valid till 21 june , what do u think are they going to ask us to redo our medicals?
what the above means ? do they reviewed our fils or not ? :'(
can u tell me what is your current e cas status because mine said that "we statreted processing your application on the 5th of Oct 2010" and they didnt mention the medicals!

When exactly did they start processing your application in Damascus? The table says sep 21st which I guess is the time they received it at Mississagua. Thanks!

dont worry they say it at the end of the everybody emails....they just changed the manner of writting the emails this year instead of working on our files....lol

yeah they just say that so you know if anything changes to let them know, but its common sense, i guess theyre just trying to look more professional lol lets all just hope when this election is over something happens cuz immigration has been a hot topic lately
