I remember in the forms we filled there was such a question and we answered YES. So do you need to be with your spouse when he/she lands to pass through the immigration process?

i sent my request for CAIPS on 11th April , do you know when i receive the reply ( that mention that it takes 30 days ) but now i have not received any thing yet ??????

That just means they are late. How did you submit your request? The two times I've submitted mine by snail mail, they've got ignored. I've only got response for the ones sent by email. I could have complained but had already had enough of CIC!

Hi everyone. Is there anybody here who sent a Notice of Assessment instead of Option C Printout and got approved for the first stage? I requested a Option C Printout a month ago and they told me Ill receive it in 14 days Max!!! Ive called them and I was told they already sent it and I should have received it 2 weeks ago... Now Im away from Canada staying with my husband for summer. My husband's application is all ready to send out, I have my NOA in it... Do you think its fine to send it over?

dooste aziz, status "in process" bastegi dare be oon var.. as 1 hafte dare ta chand hafte ya 1-2 mah fekr konam az chizi ke man didam... decision made yani shoma ro approve kardan which is the most important part too in the begining... application recieved ham yani gereftan.. bastegi dare daste kodom officer bashe they will start working on it ya right away ya touye chand hafte ayande.. just check ecas once a week u will see ..
