I actually paid the landing fee. In the official receipt I received it asks for name and client date of birth. Am I writing down my own name (sponsor) or my husband's (applicant) ? Thanks :)

Hi people. My husband's status was changed to in process on Dec 16, and a few days later he got an e-mail asking to pay his $490 landing fee within 40 days. We're going to pay this soon. Do you think he'll get his visa soon after they receive the payment?

Is this true that "In Process" generally means applicant passed eligibility? (CIC approved relationship/ marriage as genuine and real) ?

My husband's eCase changed to "In Process". We haven't paid the landing fee yet and they have not contacted us for that. Isn't that strange? In Process since December 16th.

Hey folks. I'm a little worried about my husband's application. We applied in June and since then eCase says Application Received. I know it might be a little too soon to hear something, but based on every Ankara spreadsheet I check, people's status change to In Process pretty soon after filing...
