my wife came with Luftansa recently... they are allowed 2 - 23kilo suitcases plus carry on...

I believe most airlines allow only 1 suitcase. Air Canada, Lufthansa, KLM/BMI before they stopped the flights... I'm surprised that you're saying they were allowed 2 with lufthansa.
I flew with Emirates and I thought they are the only ones with 2 luggages besides Iran Air

there are a couple. One of my relatives just last week gave their passports to one near the former Canadian embassy building. It cost them 350 toman or $100. She got it back few days ago with the visa. Most peopl euse these agents.

My wife got her passport with the visa in it today from the travel agency.
Today eCAS was updated to "Decision Made" as well.

BTW the agency we used charged us 250tomans and is located at Vanak Sq.
