Question guys!
Does my husband need to pay "Avareze khoruj" for his first time leaving?! He doesn't have his PR card yet to show so I believe he needs to pay, is that right?
If he is school (Primary or secondary) age, you can enrol him in a school as an international student (It costs a lot!) and he can live with you while he is in school, and then he can apply for university and then apply for PR.
Hi guys :)
My husband will be landing in two weeks. I noticed that the declaration card that we get in the airport has a section for residents and a section for visitors. Which section does he need to complete since he is not a resident yet, neither he is a visitor?!
Thanks!
Hey guys. The topic is quite. No new visas and not so many new members...
My hubby will be landing in 3 weeks exactly. It would be 2 week before his Bday and 3 weeks before our 1 year anniversary. I am so happy we can be together for our anniversary :D
Any cool ideas on what gift I can get for him?
Wow Congratsss biiiiig. I am so happy for you guys. I was praying everyday for you to get PPR.
Our agent was good. It is located in Mirdamad st. and we paid 280 hezar toman (I think so! but I have to ask my husband for the exact amount).
Let me know if you want more info.
Good luck! I hope...
The fact that the VOs are issuing the visa quicker is for all of the VOs. They are trying to reduce the number of applications in hand and get to the older ones.
Even Ankara VO is being really quick! The website says 16 months but most of us who applied after June 2012 are getting our visas...
Thank you everyone for your suggestions and replies to my question.
I am not going to change my husband's flight but I will call AirCanada to ask them what our options are.
I have another question. Is there any minimum or maximum for the amount of money he can bring in with him?
Thanks :)
I will tell him to do that. I already talked to the travel agency and he said they will charge us $150 to change the booking :(
I also have another question. What is the landing process in Toronto? Where should he go? I landed in Vancouver and it was so long ago that I don't really...
MP can't help speed up the process. They can only investigate on your behalf in case you have been waiting for so long.
If I remember right, Ankara received your application on Feb. You still have a few months ahead of you. I know the wait is really hard unfortunately. Hopefully you will...
Niloo jan, his next flight is to Edmonton.
That is what I was hoping to happen.
I remember my landing took long even though it wasn't busy at all. I hope he can get to his next flight with no problems. I don't want him to have a bad experience on his first trip to Canada. ::)
Hi Cyrus56.
Your comment got me worried.
My husband's flight is through Toronto but he only has 1.5 hours before his next flight. Is it going to be an issue? What will happen now? >:(
Thanks :) :)
Yes maybe you are right. The first one makes sense. They like multiple officers to review an application so maybe if an officer have doubts on an application they just put it into a loop for another officer to becomes available and review it.
Hopefully you will get some good news...
Yes my application was processed very quickly.
My application was with Ankara office for 6 months and it took 3 month to get the PPR after my application started to be "in process". So basically it took 3 months for my application to be processed.
I don't know if there was something special in...
