no, thats not possible dear, its under canadian immigration law that a person enters canada with a VALID medical test from a designated practitioner.......

no person can enter canada under immigration status with a expired medical......

Dear Sir:

Please note that your spouse's file is pending the result of the background check. Once received we will be able to continue processing. In the mean while your spouse is required to undergo her medical exam again using one of our designated doctors - list attached.

Regard

do u think it is good what is the background check
I submitted the police clearance with the file from beginning

what i say is from experience not just what i think, so many people i deal with they enter canada and they have to go back to a country near by, do medical and come back.... its crazy....... but the good thing is the middle east doesnt let anyone leave without a valid medical

nonono...i did not take it in a wrong way...

I personally dont believe it. I only believe things once it is on paper, or coming from the director or DG (Director General) in CIC or the Minister him self.

Regardless how true this thing is, the waiting game is not over.

Hope everyone gets their PPR sooner than later.

Hi guys

If a decision has been made and my file was transfered to Damascus on 3 MAY 2011, where does that put me in the list? am i halfway or still in the beginning of " darb al jouljoula"?
