there is no specific time for the RQ but it is after they start the process of ur file from 1 month up to 6month

I think 13 month is a fake number. They will look good if the application is processed in less than 13 month. If the sponsored person lived in only one country, the visa will be issued in less than 1 yr.

thank you samira. I got my RQ 2 months after being in process but really it is different for each of us. some got it after 6 months etc..

2 weeks ago my MP MR david macckanty office called my brother in law telling him that they have new news from the canadian embbasy in damascuss and they said the file is in que and everything is OK also they myabe ask for new medical tests .

I send the canadian embassy e-mail 2 weeks ago but no answer :
