hi negar jan, welcome, yes ankara is responsible for iran applicants, when your husband does his medical he can scan the green sheet he gets from the doctor and email it to ankara-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca, he doesnt have to do that but a lot of us did that just to save some time i guess,
sometimes the visa office asks you to MAIL it to them but if the scanned version is acceptable then you dont have to mail it anymore
