Since you said they asked him to go pick his visa tomorrow then i would say he got the call from Amman office and he is going to Amman not Damascus right !

Hi, I call the embassy today ask them about the situation in syria. They told me that the embassy is open and will still open we will not close. I told her if they still work on no- syrian files. She told yes we process all files. I told her that the file of my wife is in damascus for almost 12.5 month now. She told me you should get ppr soon. Nshallah 5eir we have to stay positive .
