They are back to work tomorrow after a few days off for Christmas. It's a really short work week but hopefully it's a productive short week

I have applied to my spouse and they sent me notification that her application forwarded to embassy in Damascuss since April 2011. what will be the next step? will they call her for interview? any other documents required? is english test applicable?

nothing to do just waiting them, they may ask her for more doc. that they need in processing her applecation.
where is she now? I am in lebanon, my husband in canada sponsoring me. my appl. in process since more than 11 month.

they dont ask for english test in sponsoreshep , I know that if she even don't know how to read or write they will give her the visa. about the interview In my case they didnt ask me till now, but they can ask no one know what in their mind.

Dear Hilu,
Next step is waiting period! You maybe attend an interview but it depends on your Visa Officer and your case. If they need other documents they will contact you. For family class sponsorship there isn't a English test obligation.

is he in Jordan now, they should give him more time, is it just tomorrow, but if it is difficlut to be there tomorrow because the setuation in syria, did they give him more time? month or less?
