the lady that called my husband today from Canadian Embassy in Damascus, told him to be in the embassy tomorrow at 9 am and they will do their best to give him his visa the same day, in the letter we received for PPR it says ( passports must be received at our embassy in Damascus no later than 15 days from the date of this letter)
and it also sayس that passports may be submitted Sunday to Tuesday from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. you will not be able to collect your passports/visas the same day. passports can only be collected the next day at 2:30 pm.
so I guess the lady that talked to my husband today made an exception because she asked my husband to come Tomorrow ( Wednesday) and she will do her best to stamp his visa in the same day . I think she wanted to get rid of usbecause we kept on sending them e-mails looool
btw the situation is safe in Damascus, so don`t worry .

you can if you want they ask you to send it by courier(tnt,aramex,DHL) to the canadian embassy in tehran, you cannot go to the embassy in tehran they wont respond, and they send it to damascus and the same will happen when they get your passport back,samira12 said:
