Congrats Hockeyjunky. :) ;D :( ??? :-[ :'(

Congratulations Hockeyjunky , good luck for both of you. :)

Thanks everyone !!! It's been a difficult process. You guys have been a great help and moral support ! We wish everyone ppr's. It takes a lot of patience but don't dispair.. a ppr is always around the corner.

We re-did the medical on Oct 14, 2011. The first med expired on nov 6 2011. The office actually called my wife at her Jordanian home number on nov 20 and asked my wife to submit a new police cert (we had submitted the incorrect form) and to redo the medical. Then the officer called again a week later (last Sunday), told my wife the new med is in, it looks good, send ur passport along with that police cert., but it would be faster of u come down. So my wife drove to Damascus yesterday, picked up the passport same day. Happiest week of our lives, wish the same for everyone soon :)

Congratulations Hockeyjunky the waiting game is over for you both :) :) :)

Congratulations Hockyejunky. Best wishes for you and your wife.
Cool nickname by the way ;)

Hi guys just a quick question...does anyone know how long it takes (approximately) for Damascus to receive medicals? I think it's about 1 month right? And for those of you who re-did it...how long after you re-did it did the ecas say "medicals received"?

hey samira

back in september it wrote in process for a week as well the it said in process since may 16th then they removed it and now its in process since november 29th this is crazy ...it all doesnt make sense to me.

I 've really worried about this situation Ramz, because I think there isnt a clear way in front of us and every things are messy in Damascus office,
our life is in their hands and we cant do any thing just wait!!
