Hi Erina,
Check the "Canadian legal information Institute" site [http://www.canlii.org/en/ca/irb/index.html]you will learn a lot about conjugal partner cases that were taken to court. By avoiding what mistakes people did you can have better chances.
In the "full text" box type conjugal partner and then click search, you'll find 2893 cases.
This site is also useful for all other type of information, just type in your key word and search.. e.g. Sponsorship + interview might be useful for wait me my love since he or she is having an interview soon i believe.
As for interviews at this hard time in Damascus I personally don't think they are random, I believe if the officer have some concern he or she will call for an interview becuase they most probably have to answer to thier bosses and if something wrong happens with that particular case they examined they will be looked at unfavorably in terms of promotions or what ever. I think Sohrab might be able to give us more information about how the system works if he is allowed to
Hope this will be useful!
Thank you, this website seems informative, but it doesn't really answer my question. I'm just wondering, what happens after my application for conjugal partnership gets refused, and then I marry. Will I have to start the whole process from the beginning, or how does it work?
Good Luck for all
