oops, you are right!I totally forgot about that. when I saw the email, i threw my hat against the wall and lost my brain.

there is no need to ask them to confirm the receipt of the Residency questionnaire that my wife sent to them because they CC'd my wife on the email. She sent her email address on separate paper with the Residency questionnaire.
