i don't wanna upset u parastoo but in the site of syria, they wrote that the duration "13 months" is from the day they receive ur file in damascus (the entire file) until it ends...

i know nath18, but site is upgrade at 26 july for 13 month, when our file receive to damascus the time was 9 months , i think our process must finished in 9 months if our docs is complete

when I applied it was 9 months also... and I'm on my 10th month of PRoCESSINg. on thanksgiving it will be 1 yr since I mailed the application cuz I mailed it last yr on thanksgiving week-end... still waiting god knows for how long

Don't worry, they are not going to attack Syria. the date is back to Aug 07. Canada posted the same around that time. it is just to protect the citizens from any street violations.

How come most of the ppl in here been waiting longer than normal process time coz I know enough ppl who got their visa withing 6-7 month 8 n 9 max!! Mayb coz Iraq have priority or probably situation in Syria affected it

who knows what the reason is but for the past 6 to 7 months everyone has been getting it at the same pace as now...... i mean we have like 10 people in the 8 9 10 months mark so hopefully they will get some news soon
