that's not typo, those are related to your own PR application in 2000.


I updated the chart with your sponsorship dates, but you only mentioned when submitted docs (was entered) and the time they started processing (we don't keep track of that in the chart.). we just need to know when your application was received in damascus and the rest of the following info if you have.

Heys guys I'm new here. I just had a quenstion.

I want to sponsor my wife to canada BUT;

I was charged with a fight with someone in 2003, and the court told me if I do this anger management "PARS" and not get in trouble for 2 years the case will be plunged. and I didn't get in trouble until 2007.

now in 2007 I got charged with drugs and I did my time and everything and I was done with that in 2009 feb.

so my question is can you sponsor someone if you been charged with drugs?

the thing is in application IMM 1344 in box 16 it say's " Have you been charged with an offense under an act of parliament punishable by a maximum term of imprisonment of at lease 10 years"

should I write about my charges?

I'm a Canadian Citizen and my wife is from IRAN and I'm apply to Damascus.
