Hi all,
I hope u all are good inshalah, and hope everyone get a good news in the next days inshalah.
As u all have more experience and waited more than me for the process time, I would like to ask you guys how the immigration contacts u? I mean do they usully contact the applicant or the sponsered person? for example, I am the person who will sponser (my wife) I am in Montreal and she is in Iraq, so they contact me the most or contact her?
I am worried about if they will contact my wife for everything instead of me because as u all know the contact with people in Iraq it is very bad for mail and phone( I always try to call my wife and could not reach her everyday I should keep trying few hours so I can reach her :s) and the mail is worst :s :s.....when I want to send something to my wife such as document or gifts...I always look for someone who will go to iraq so I can send what I need with the person

nagz is right, except the first stage approval in Mississauga which they send the letter or sometimes email to the sponsor.

mohammed they usually send everything to your wife's email. so keep checking

wallah ya nagham i was busy with my exams but after i finished i'd a lot of time .. emty time .. so the idea of waiting this visa is depressed ,.... khsousi when i saw people like you guys have been waiting for a while .. i'm missing my husband so much

its been 10 months since i see my wife she coming in 14 days she going to be here for a month, im so happy because i really hate internet life skype facebook phone is the only way to talk with my wife, it will make me be more patient, sohrab it will be great if you visit your wife. insha allah we will hear good news soon.

They replied today and this was there reply

Please note that your application is almost in its final review stage.
When a final decision is made or if we require additional information, a
request will be sent to you by email. Please be patient and keep your
case status requests to a minimum.

If there is any change in the information submitted for your application
please inform us as soon as possible.

I think they only respond to one e-mail per case! me and my wife sent them 2-3 e-mails using the case specific form in 2-3 months timespan and they never have replied!!! so I guess, they won't respond when you already sent them an e-mail once.
