for sure....but then there is no law or rule for how the files are analyzed....but logically it sounds that the security check will be shorter...primarily the more low key and uneventful your life the faster your approval)...but then u never know

I thought the same, but yeah, you never know. But you know, the e-mail they sent me, was about 12 days after I sent my request for Notes... That's a bit questionable lol.

I don't mind waiting for long as long as they approve the relationship you see, when worse happens to you, suddenly you expect less.

seriously keep ur hopes up...try ur best...worst comes to worst...there is always turkey...u can always take out a line of credit...there are lots of options u can look over...but provide as much evidence...and wait till u get ur notes...ull get it exactly 30 days after u applied

BTW, I send a request for CAIPS Notes, today morning, Behmane, helped me to do it Special thanks to him....It seems I have to wait for a month to receive something back from them....I hope my husband receives his PPR before that...Have a great day everyone...

Yeah, August & September were golden months..and it was summer and they were suppose to be busy with other type of visas...but now the summer has finished, they have become more slow

I hope They finish it soooooon.

I have 2 questions
1) background check is basically for military ? so if they didn't go to military, maybe this process take less time?
2) if the sponsored person travel over seas duration the process, he has to inform VO office about this travel ?
