guys i want to ask those who have been asked from the embassy to redo the medical exam...is it true that for the new law we don't recieve any recipt for the medical as we get for the first time? Anyone got an emil from the embassy that includes a form with the applicant infromation and photo which is stamped by the visa office and its written on it to be returned with the medical exam result?

because my wife redid her medical exam, but she didnt recieved any reciept for it, the doctor told her that he will send everything to the embassy, but i'm not sure about that...plz can anyone tell me if thats right or not?

Our file was not in CANADA, on the email that I have received they said we transfered your file from damasquos to Ankara, my file was not in CANADA, My file transfered from syria to turkey, only those file kept that apply after october.

mine said the same thing but are we 100% sure what they said is true. i doubt. Also some friends said immigration officers personally told them that their file were not transfered 2 Damascus.

I don't know why Canada claim that it is one of the fastest countries which issue the marriage VISA ?

IT IS THE SLOWEST ONE. THEY DO IT LIKE TURTLE.

I have a German friend , for him it took around 7 months to have his his wife next to himself from China.

In USA it is much more faster and also another country it is very easy .

In Canada they just Claim , Who showed the proof ?

In my opinion they just want to encourage the people to get married inside Canada, There are lots of

unmarried women and men inside the Canada. They just want to make it hard for people to bring their husband and wife

to Canada .

What is Back Ground Check ? it is just bull sh_t . My wife is just 23 . WHAT COULD BE HER BACK GROUND ?

Now it is 1 year and still nothing . I really don't know what they are doing . The whole Canadian immigration system is just

a MESS.

i fully agree with u, Canada made it harder & harder 4 sponsors. idn what they're thinking. i honestly don't know why 4 some people this security screening take longer and 4 some it's shorter. that's why i hate this whole process.

yes, i received last month. i read the whole thing and apparently everything was alright. my wife did her medical last September and they extended her medical till late November this yr. so they extended it for <3 month and that's what in the note said but they are working on her security screening. so i have no idea how long i hafta wait 4 this stage. ishala this stage ends soon.

ya i know there is no more file transfer. i meant if our files were not kept in canada for 4 moths we would have had a better situation. so if u don't mind, what is ur major?

oh heyyy....my friend's hubby did the medical and he was also told by the doc he would send in the medical and he was not given any receipt too...so i guess this is the new law then...he was also worried about it, but apparently the doc told him he would call him back within 10 days or so...

i did accounting but im planning 2 study charter accountant designation few month after my wife comes here. 1st i hafta get her here then go 4 next step

usually it takes 1 month after u request 2 receive it, and it's actually wasn't hard 2 decoding it. every single thing in regards 2 u and ur spouse exists in this huge pdf file. let me know when u receive it

Haha no I work in camera department so they e-mailed u back within a month? Its actually stressfull to read :-s nd i dunno if there s anything for me to say since its only 4 months passed they have my file in Ankara but I hope they ll have some words to say. I think Niloo also ordered it after 4 months and she passed everything except for police which was in process, so just like you.
