Hi guys , i am new at this , I mail my spouse application on june 25th 2012 , and got the email form immigration on sep 4th , say that the application was aproved and been forwarded to Ankara, when I checked the waiting time , it was increased from 7 to 15 month , I did some more digging and found out it is between 6 to 12 month , does anyone know what is going on over there?

Most probably the 15 months is calculated using the waiting times of Damascus to Ankara files as well , and since it gets updated every 4 months , the 15 months isn't valid. We 've got a couple of applicants who got PPR in 6 months .

I think the status of the sponsor (PR or citizen) has a great influence in the processing time .

The guys who their files were transferred directly to Ankara : be prepared to receive your PPR in 6 months.
