Does anyone know how long TRV processing time takes for Iranians ? Is it same as Turkish citizens?

what is a TRV?

Temporary Resident Visa, basically a visitor visa.

I will go to Ankara tomorrow night to pick the visa up myself. I preferred to ask companies for pick-up but my husband recommended not to do so!
I also reserved a flight to Toronto for October 20th, still unsure if I m able to get ready by then... :

hbehname i think its cheaper to buy the ticket with the dollar value from bank of iran that you buying the ticket from here...buy your ticket for the end of november or middle of november...worst comes to worst...u get one free date change...

niloo im thinking if i get her ticket from Ankara or Istanbul to Toronto it would be wayy better than i pay for her ticket traveling from Iran to Toronto. what do u think ticket from Iran to Toronto is cheaper or from Turkey to Toronto?

that is exactly what im saying...my husband went and asked the qatar travel agency...so id say its worth it...

price wise i think there is a price difference of 100 dollars...but that is due to the extra days of stay in turkey...otherwise it would be the same price...

it depends on the ticket and the airline. Qatar from iran gives u one time free change (assuming they find a seat in the same price class of ur first ticket, if not u have to pay the diff)
with Turkish u pay $200 more now and get a ticket with full flexibility (change and refund) for around $1500-1600.

the reason for not going directly to mashhad is simple, my wife is tehrani before getting married i did not step a foot in tehran! because the transfer from imam airport to mehrabad was like HELL ???

well one way is always a huge rip off ... why isnt ur husband getting a round trip ticket? he can have the return flight next year with one time free change option. honestly if he's planning to go back to iran within a year he should definitely get a round trip... for only 200 toman extra its worth it ... even if he's not gonna use it. tell him to try turkish it had the lowest price 2 weeks ago when i got mine. Qatar was 1.7m (if im not mistaken) while turkish was 1.5

they are the same but starting this past summer this 2 bag policy only applies to Canada and US flights ... other flights allow 1 bag only. because of this change they wasted my time in qatar and toronto last month when i went to iran. their system apparently doesnt allow two bags per person for free and they have to do it manually on something like that ...
