Does any one have any idea how I can apply for CAIPS GCMS without having a file number? I only have my wife's UCI which was printed on her study permit refusal letters.

The form seems to require a file number for the Electronic File access for applications not being processed in Canada.

Also what would happen if I check both "Access to Information Act" and "Privacy Act" on top of the form?

Any comments would be appreciated!

Today I got the visa, there was 13 Iranian people in the mbc and 3 of them including me were spouse sponsor ship. The rest of them were student and worker and tourist. those two( spouse sponsor ship )had been waiting for 15-16 months. and the person who got my passport was a Turkish woman. By the way my ecas is still says In-Process.

It didn't take long. Maybe 30-45 minutes.

We did not go to Ankara (sent the passport in) but as per PPR email you give the passport Monday or Wednesday morning and pick it up with visa next day at 2 pm. When you are submitting the passport it should take more time than when you pick it up.

How about the file number off your sponsorship approval email/letter? Her file number is mentioned there.
