Does anybody know if the sponsor has a lawyer, in case of PPR, will they contact the applicant? or the lawyer?

No I am not. I'm an engineer working not even in Canada at the moment. My wife is a sponsored applicant like many of you here, but I always like to get to the root of issues so know a little bit about immigration, visa, tax and other things that I had to get involved with in my life. My wife's file was very complicated due to our circumstances so once her file was finished successfully I decided to join this forum to share our learning with others.

Mashti are you involved in immigration services at any point?

amman embassy called me this morning at 9.10 am and tell that i had interview 7th Oct 2012, and then call me again at 10.30 am asking me to bring some documents.

- Your original passport.
- Original Marriage certificate.
thats what i got hope you guys hear good news as well insha allah.
thank God for everything.
do you guys think i will get my visa right away after my interview or i need to wait more, its been over 18 months since i applied. thank you in advance for your advice.

Your wife is the sponsored spouse, right? Is the passport in Iran or out if Iran? If out of Iran, then let me know and I will tell you the cheapest and fastest way of sending it to the embassy.

If in Iran then I suggest just to go there and pick the visa up instead of giving it to a company. I personally can not trust them but it's your passport, your choice.

medigol i wouldnt personally trust my passport with a random company.id say go and pick it up in person...its really cheap to fly out to ankara from tehranmy husband found tickets with turkish for around 300 dollars
