Dera Bahar, I suggest those guys that his/her files took 2 month and more and no show up in the forum make it Green, Then analyzed the chart is more simple.

Charts need to be modified base on the above idea.

The reason is very simple, if they did not get till now then they should say something in the Forum.

Obviously he/ she is wrong and I'm not surprised if he has not dealt with international cases. Due to nature of my job and working in other countries my tax return is very complex (I have to file 3 returns) so through my employer we international tax advisers. based their comment i have claimed spouse credit even though my wife does not file the tax. Again Canada revenue does a very careful processing for files like mine that takes several months and they never had any issue with it either.

BTW this is not about GST, it's the credit you get on your income tax.

anyway if you have not claimed it before then it would not concern you anyway as hopefully your wife will be in canada soon.

I just mentioned this as FYI and as it's out of the scope of this forum so better not to talk about it anymore,

Dear Mashti, I talked to my accountant , he said if your wife is not in canada, you can not apply as married for tax credit ! when she came then you can apply!

Also note that if they asked some documents , this rule is not working and other factor comes up, but for those cases that in process and receive PPR should work, Also the last date that received the PPR ( WAS IN PROCESS 13 JUNE) , then till 13 June they already processed(80 percent), again Kazhal and bahar are the next then should be our turn.I hope my prediction comes true , let see and ask God to help in this situation.

i have read your comments and i agree with you...based on the people who have been ppr with in the last few weeks they had been in process between 2 and 3 months...but i think these were people who had been originally in damascus...as for me i was sent straight to ankara...but in my case aswell we are speculating that we will recieve ppr sometime in october...so far its been 3 weeks and knock on wood they have not sent any email in regards to redoing the medical...but i think we are bound to hear lots of good news this week....i think the longest wait is for the status change to inprocess...after that its all downhill...

Also we should know that ,some body are waiting but we do not know them, but in my curve analysis it shows that for security check it should take 2-3 months , then, if we get 2 month and 15 days , then early september we should receive that, simply you can analyze the chart there are two columns , work on in process columns, different between the PPR and In process is the security check , but remember this rules happen only for files that trasfered directly to Ankara, because in other case may be security started from Damascuc, But My heart, says we will get it soon, I mean very soon, however God Knows what will happen.
Also another factor is hidden, how many persons applied on september, if you review the chart , we are only applied on septemeber, then our analysis is aliitle tricky because may be mor epeople applied but is not in the forum. But keep in touch till more analysis appear.

ur right man, i was just looking at the chart, and the latest time between in process and PPR is 70 days, so im looking at our file, and saying ours changed into process in jun, therefore based on this chart we should be expecting ppr in september 4 sure on the condition that if they won't need any more damn document. Inshala ke harche zudtar karemun radif beshe.

Actually when I do not see some friends for a while, I do send them a message, confirming if they are still waiting or not. And according to this, there are 6 forum members (applied before September) whom I m sure have not received their PPR yet.
But if the forum friends agree on a special modification, I m just ready to do so!

raha jan im not sure if its possible or not...but on the chart are u able to do a color code? ie people who are in process? or those that have been pprd?

Yes...
All applicants are pink till they get the ppr , then we change their color to green. No color code for "In process" ones.

Dear Raha,
I think for those guys that you know then still put them as Pink or anycolor except green, but for other ones make them Green and write on the PPR m the" date not specified", however if any body has complain then you can change case by case. Please do that .We must have a valid chart .
