interesting, our situation is soo similar. i send the application sep26,2011 and they changed it into In Process on Jun19. its exactly 2 months that i've been waiting. i hope they give us ppr very very soon.

This Monday the embassy is closed because of Ramadan Bayramy( EYDE Fetr) , wait till tuesday.

i honestly don't know when this god damn process ends and still im giving hope 2 my wife that she would be here by early october

Dear Bahar, why your case is still waiting? they asked you more documents? or you traveled too much before? As you know if you travel alot before your background check getting more time!

when u say they are doing the background check, do they do it only for the applicant? because my wife hasn't live Iran since we go married so i'm assuming her background check should be so fast. what do you think?
