That didn't work. We wrote the study plan and mentioned the dual intent. The officer said "not satisfied regarding dual intent". It takes around 80 days. The only positive sign for us was "Family class sponsorship in progress". I hope they really mean PROGRESS and it is not PROCESS. I wish one day they understand what they have done to us. However we should blame our societies too. I was extremely surprised when I saw an ad in a journal published in Canada (not in English obviously) saying "looking for spouse. All costs will be paid". We know what that means.
