thank you so much for the codes...although i must admit even with having them they still seem a little confusing...gic will recieve them this week...but i sent them to the adress on the bottom of the form...i guess they will have to forward them to ankara...lets see if this will help...all this waiting is making me sick to my stomach

It's all done in Canada electronically. So the address at the bottom of the form should be the right one. For awhile it wasn't listed there anymore, they must have added it back on if u saw it there. The notes are confusing. Ours were around 25 pages and I didn't understand most of them! But enough to get some info.

#3 confused me too when I ordered mine but I listed both Mississauga and the VO. In my case I wrote submitted to Mississauga and for location I wrote Damascus/Ankara. I got my notes so it must have been enough for them to figured it out I mailed it in both times I ordered but if it's easier for you to scan and email then I'm sure that works just as well. That way you wouldn't have to pay to mail them too!

I just saw it... I never filled that in so blank must be ok we have a lawyer too but I never filled that part in, maybe that's just for when a lawyer is requesting them...

Also on the form where the spouse is supposed to fill out to give permission I also sign at the bottom as well right in the box labelled Signature of spouse or common law partner (if applicable)?

did they send u the result for the cgsm? and if yes how long after u send it 2 them, they responded u?

I wouldn't recommend requesting the CAIPS this early ,At least that's what I've learned from the forum experts.

However no one is certain about it delaying your case

I wouldn't recommend requesting the CAIPS this early ,At least that's what I've learned from the forum experts.

However no one is certain about it delaying your case

Ordering the electronic notes has no affect on processing time, ordering notes on the physical file will however cause delays. The only reason it is not recommended to order notes early on is because they will not have much info (if any) on them.

some people send the form along with all their other documents when they initially apply...it doesnt affect your application

I just mailed the forms last week...apparently it takes a month for them to respond...i think u should do it...if you have been waiting for a long time...its an easy form to fill
