Mosafer keep me posted if you go to embassy! We've both been processing since April12 and this is ridiculous!!! I have decided that I will fly over in September if I have heard nothing by then. Come September it will be 22 months since I've even seen my husband.... I cannot wait passed September for answers. I am getting so upset that they have kept my children away from their father for 19 mths And I agree, Kazhal you should visit the embassy. There is NO reason the few of us from feb./April are still waiting....
AND JayJ made a great post.... I encourage everyone to send an email. We cannot complain if we are not willing to help make change. The more voices, the louder we will be heard!!

hi Mosafer, to be honest with you i have thought about going there but lately i have lost all the passion, hope and faith in ever seeing my husband once again...im both hopeless and helpless everywhere i turn too i come out empty handed and heartbroken so i have decided that its the end of the road for me...but i pray that all of you guys get yours ASAP and i pray to god that these people get punished and heartbroken like i have and all of you have during this two years...

Kazhal, in your case, don't give up now at this crucial time, as Ankara has been processing lots of apps and I feel that yours will be approved by early next month, or you could get a TRV after its been 17 months like Farid did. Remember that he and his wife both showed up, and they lucked out with a sympathetic worker coming out after they were initially told nothing could be done, so that's possibly what it could take if you both show up there.

I just read a sad case of someone in the Islamabad forum who withdrew their app after two and a half years, but I really feel that this system can be changed after the foreign workers won their lawsuit.

JayJ thux for posting the email for that one immigration reporter and id like to let you know that i have emailed lots of liberal and NDP member of parl and nothing has happened aside from a sorry email which i know that it means nothing to them....

its just the end of the road for me i now have depression thunx to immigration officers, i didnt sign up to be told for a good year and half to have patient, how the hell is this fair people get their ppr and visa before 12 month and i have been waiting for 16, and our files are still in the same freakn visa office??? some one please do tell me this fairness and i beg you all to please dont use the "patient" word with me ever again, i hate that word and it angers me when people tell me to be patient,,,i swear i know you are just trying to be nice but please dont tell me to be patient because you dont know how heartbreaking it is waiting for 16 month without any replies and yet seeing people getting visas and landing within 12-11-13 and 14 month...

thunx all for your support till now and thunx for being nice, i wish you all getting pprs soon but my journey ended when i filled for divorce..take care all vivi, nenan, a+m and jayJ thunx to you all and i pray you get your golden email ASAP
