I have a question from Iranian sponsors: my file is still in Mississauga, after almost 2 months. Since applications are now processed in Ankara, does it mean it's gonna take 14 months? From what I know, the processing time in Ankara is 5 months! Thankss :-*

No, I haven't still. When I sent my files the first step processing time was 40 days, a month later it went to 60 and now almost 90! But I guess since Turkey is responsible for only Turkish and Iranian applicants, then hopefully they do it faster than the old 13 months in Damascus.

BUT IF YOU CHECK THE WEBSITE OF ANKARA YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY HAVE MENTIONED THAT THIS PROCESS TIME FOR APPLICANT FROM OUT OF TURKEY CAN BE LONGER! :-X

The last update that cic published was on April 23rd and was only for the first step.
The second stage update goes back to 23rd of jan and no fresh update is made yet.

dear rah, I got an email on March14 this yr saying ur file was transfered to Ankara. it doesn't say when exactly transfered though. also i cant verify where this email came from, whether Mississauga or An Ankara.

have anyone heard any ppr from Beirut vo office? it seems like they will not start issue ppr's until June , do you think that's right ?

Do any of you know when faridzad went to Ankara did they book any appointment in advance or if they sent an email or something saying they were going or not or they just show up at the embassy and asked for someone???
also if they talked to the consulates or they asked for someone in immigration section??
