Hi,

1. How did you come to know about 3-4 entries? Did you receive RQ or you ordered CBSA report?
2. Were these canada entries?
3. How did you mention those entries?
4. Did you get questioned about these during the application process/interview/test?
Hi
1- ordered the CBSA before my test
2- Yes all entries to Canada.. the missing ones were mainly entries from US land border
3- in the residency calculator, + I had the stamps of entry on 2, one was without a stamp.. but after all If their system and stamps do not show any records and I come and tell them I was out of the country they will be more than glad to beleive me.. what they do not want is the inverse.. records showing out of country and one comes stating he was in the country.
4- No, the officer went thru the residency calculator sheets submitted with my application and checked the exit (corresponding entry stamp in destination country)/entry stamps on each record.. half way into the sheet (it was over 35 records :) ) he got tired of checking as all were matching and requested my tax returns and continued asking other stuf.. i got within 15 minutes around 50 questions all in all..

Hi Michel,
thanks for your reply. after reading your last post, i have a couple of thoughts:

1- my missing entries are through air travel as i went to India and back -would that be a problem
2-regarding your third point-if i understand correctly csba doesnt have exit record and if entry record is missing then they could assume i was not in country and/or lying except the fact that my home country stamps both entry and exit and thats my only proof? what you suggest?
3-50 questions in 15 mins? :) thats alot....what did he ask?

One last question, i suppose you have ordered CBSA report after you sent the application and before the test and that's how you got to know about three entries those were missing. Did the officer ask you something regarding that or you proactively told him?

Hello ,
I am planing to apply to citizenship in May 1st
I requested my canadian border report just to be sure of my date.
I've just got the record. On the record they said that information were partially disclosed. on the CBSA letter it is said : Summary of expetion, eclusion:
19 (1)obtained in confidence with foreign state,
21 International affair and defence of Canada and its alies ,
22 (1) b investigative techniques or plan for specific lawfull investigations,
25 Safety of individuel
I am in shock and I don't understand . Are they saying that they collected information on me because they were planning a specific lawfull investigation? I mean I have never done something wrong. I have a clean criminal record .
Did somebody already request his border record. Did you found odd thing on the letter ?
may be it is because i requested all my immigration record and traveller record for the last 10 years
Can somebody advise me , because I am really shocked

Do you work in a sensitive industry like defence or research?
No I worked in accounting firm.
Also in 2018 I worked for the government 1 year. I requested and got Canada reliability clearance for employment purposes . So I am very confused

This may just be a general statement that a security background check has been done. Will let others comment.

I am a frequent traveler as well but I kept all the records myself. Sent all my passport stamps along with records when applying for citizenship and I got an AOR.
