It is difficult tobget a job in the same profession initially but with time it will you will get a decent job in your desired field. They prefer canadian experience but inassume they have scarcity of resources hence an active immigration programm. I really hope that we all get desired job there. It might be difficult for other jobs, but for IT/Dev field, once you know how to properly code, know how to setup/troubleshoot/maintain a network and system infrastructure. I am an Investment Analyst but I am also in Predictive Analytics which does involve programming with statistical computational languages such MatLab, R ... It's not a coincidence that a lot of IT foreign workers are from India.
