Over a month from DM to COPR! But it got to my parents. WOOHOOOOO!!

Next question, what is the best way to mail it to Canada so I can track it? I am going to have my mom mail it with a tshirt I ordered and had shipped to her. Any suggestions?

For that I always use UPS. If you use regular service it should be around $20 and take two weeks. If you want 2nd day shipping it's gonna cost around $80-$100.
And declare the value at $20 or less, if not they'll charge you duties and the customs clearance which should run around another $50 that you need to pay to the delivery guy.

I would send stuff to my hubby in Calgary all the time, the UPS guys already knew me by name! LOL

. I suggest courier like Fed ex or something. That is a long time. Was it sent by plain letter mail?

I don't want to wait 2 weeks! lol I just looked up FedEx and it says 3 business day (FedEx Ground) would cost $17.15. Does FedEx provide tracking numbers?

I'm pretty sure they do, your best bet would be FedEx or UPS.

That's awesome..!! your wait is finally over :D

My hubby and I still got some long months to go, but seeing your status updates as well as our peers gives us hope and makes the wait not feel as crappy.

Hello,

New to this website.

Here are our timelines:

Application Submitted: April 3, 2013
Application Received: April 5, 2013
Sponsorship Approval: April 25, 2013
Medical Results Received: October 21, 2013

Waiting for PPR.

Note: Medical exam was performed in March 2013. It started showing up on-line today.

Does anyone know how long between medical results received to PPR? Also, do they send PPR by email or does it show up on the website?

Thanks :)

They'll send it by email to the applicant that was what was provided.

I don't think there's a clear-cut way to correlate the date of Medical Results Received to the overall processing. Mine was done 2 1/2 months before we even applied and they only updated our status as such last month, right before we got the PPR. So I'd say you're probably pretty close.

My status on ecas is still application received and medical exam received, which has been that way from May (I believe) we didn't start checking ecas right away after sponsorship approval. And as you can see, we just got our PPR this month, but ecas has not been updated to show this so, anyone's guess. ...however I notice that you submitted your application the beginning of April, we submitted ours the end of March, so going by that it looks like you shouldn't have too much longer a wait :)
