Hey Buffy2323, that sounds strange to me. If your lawyer was dealing with your case since beginning, how would cic have your address as mailing address. When we put home address in forms, we also put mailing address which is address of lawyer. So unless we do any address changes, all correspondence should go to lawyer. Technically it should come to him, I don't see any reason for it going to your home address. I think he will get it soon.
Edit: Oops I think I misunderstood. I was thinking you and your attorney are in canada at the moment. but now i think you are currently in states. Whatever I said above is correct unless he requested it to be send it to your address in states. If he has done that then it will go to your US address. In this case, it takes around 2 weeks for cross country mailing time, as you in my case. so with the time its taking it seems like it will come to your address indeed. It might be in the mail already.
