Got my COPR today! ;D

CONGRATULATIONS...How long did it take after you submitted your passport?

It took about 60 days. That's mainly because CIC wanted proof that my wife was in Canada. had it not been for that, I'm pretty sure it would have gotten done in july, however, the COPR was issued on August 9th.

Hang in there. Looks like most of the Januarys are being wrapped up. Feb is next!

No it's not true. They are the OUTLAND office for USA applicants. They have to send them to the USA. (or in some cases, Canada)

Hi Guys!

An update on our case!

We had ordered the ATIP notes July 24 before we got PPR the following day - and then an additional request of documents on the 30th I believe it was - Our ECAS was updated to "Decision Made" and unfortunately my hubby went to California on vacation the day after. His roomie sent him a pic of what we believed to be our COPR on Aug 17 ( my hubbys birthday!) but of course you can never be sure it is what you think it is!

Got our notes today - confirming they had sent out the COPR on Aug 2nd ( the day our ECAS changed to Decision made!) so we now know we received our COPR on August 17th!! My hubbys 28th birthday! Best birthday present ever!

We plan on having him land the 2nd week of September and then go back to tie up loose ends in order to move up permanently end of Sept.

YAY!!!!

Just received an email from cpp-o requesting hubby to submit his passport and 2 passport photo within 60 days.
