Nexus, the group who submitted their apps seems to be up for PPR/COPR right now, and they somewhat go in order, so I would think that you're a bit early.
Brightredscream, I also saw the ECAS switch to "address: Edmonton, Canada". Given the mail delay between Canada and the US, I think I was really lucky to get my COPR in 21 days.
Just FYI, we saw no ECAS change throughout the entire ordeal until after the PPR notification. When I emailed my passport copies, I included a very polite plea to expedite the COPR given that my lease would not be extended beyond July 31st. After approximately 10 days, my husband emailed another polite plea for expedition, and we received a very prompt response that the COPR was in queue to print. Personally, I wouldn't contact CIC unless my case fell outside the timeline shown by the others (not the CIC "average"). I'm guessing that contacting them very sparingly is the better part of valor.
It does seem that contacting them at certain times "spurs the mule"! Ivan, here's hoping things are in motion for you!! I'm packing, as well, going through bubble wrap and paper by the boatload, lol. Glad to see comments in the forums about generalizing what is in boxes because I've been itemizing piece by piece!
