HI I just got my PPR today..My case is same as urs..Got ppr from ottawa and need to submit to Detriot.I just wanted to ask you how long will it take for my passports to reach to Detroit ofice and average of how many days will take to get it back..Can u please share some valuable suggestions for sending passports...I m in Regina rite now..Thank You..

I sent my passports through xpresspost (insured) which took 1 day to reach Windsor (PO Box as per detroit cic website) and sent a return envelope (xpresspost) so that my passports reach to me ASAP. I can see that my passports were delivered the next day after I dispatched them through xpresspost. And when they sent me back - they dispatched on 31st Aug (Friday) and I got the passports the very next business day (4th September). I had sent my passport on 15 Aug, date my COPR was issued is 21 Aug and the date they dispatched my passports back is 31 Aug. I hope I answered your questions. Thanks and congratulations !

I am looking forward to do a flagpole entry via Niagara border sometime next week, will update once everything is done.

Just a date to add, in case it helps. ECAS "In Process" from June 11, 2012. Its been that way since then and even now although I've hit RPRF. I did hear that ECAS is not always accurate but catches up after a few days or so.

I have a question.
I applied to Buffalo on 23 October.

I did not receive any AOR or anything.
However, first week of April, I got email from Ottawa case processing asking for Notarized birth certificate and finger prints. I submitted them by end of April but notheard back since then. My application online says that they started working on file on April 1.
SHould I be worried. Anythings I need to do in between. It has been 5 months with no correspondence.
I am in Canada and applied under PNP Ontario

in the last email of ottawa you should find file number it is important
did you do you medical exam ?
if not send email to ottawa asking them to send you the medcial nstruction expalining your case

Hello everybody, I just want to share my timeline and express some questions:
App type: QSW
App received by Ottawa: June 14, 2012
AOR/Med Request: July 27, 2012
Sent Medicals: August 9, 2012

My status says "we received your application June 14, 2012. Medicals received" . Is there any way I can find out when they received the medicals?
Also, I see a lot of people saying their address showing in e-cas. Mine was showing from the beginning. Does that mean anything?
