Need reply please. My timelines are very long as compared to others.

PNP for Ontario done in Sep 2011.
Applied to PR in Bufalloo on 24 Oct
Received email from Ottawa on 1st April asking for Finger prints. (email did not mention that the case is transferred to Ottawa) Submitted finger prints report in April and nothing after that

My online status says:
We received application on 24th October 2011
We started processing application on 1st April, 2012

Nothing else.

In between I heard people mentioning Address appearing and disappearing. What does that mean?
For methere was address but I moved later and changed my address. It took some time to update address in online system but got updated finally.


PLEASE REPLY. My timelines are very bad. Need help. Anyone else with these timelines

i finished medicals in october 2011, got request for fingerprints in jan 2012, finished that in feb 2012 and havent heard a thing since then,
File was in Buffalo,

i contacted cpp ottawa in august they said, file is in process , no other additional info is required from you ,
its just the standard response.

My file was transferred to Ottawa too, and they sent me the passport request 8 months after they received my medical results. Don't hold your breath.

damn thats fast lol i mean i had this RCMP check(request came in Jan 2012) to do in between.

My medical request and now its been a year. (med request- oct 2011)

Im not sure if this is a challenge or not but I sent my visa renewal applicaiton documents to the CPP-Ottawa via mail to : CPP – Ottawa
P. O. Box 9640
Ottawa, ON, K1G 6T2
(Im currently in Canada). Though, the online tracking status of the letter says its waiting to be picked up in the local post office.
Is that normal? Will they actually go and pick it up or how the process work like?

its normal..dont worry...it means that the postman will be the one who will pick up in the post office and give it to cpp ottawa...

I got CSQ in June 2011,
then Applied in Buffalo Office : June 2011,
Medical Request : Oct 2011,
Status online : Received application on 23 June 2011, Medical Result have been received.

After that, there is no update of the status.
I have contacted them in Sep 2012, they reply to wait and watch.

Is anybody in similar situation?
Can I do anything else other then waiting

When I applied, I was in Quebec, and did my medical from Quebec only.
Now I have shifted to other country.

Yes, Its a year now, since my medical done.
I dont have any update from ottawa office.

Do I need to do the Medical again??
