I am also waiting edmonton visa office 5th Frb AOR stem draw. Background and eligibility in progress nothing yet

Hi All, adding my message here so that I can track it. Today it has been 5 months for me since AOR. Called IRCC yesterday, they said my BG and Eligibility still in progress and Security not started. Waiting ... Waiting ... Waiting ...

My Recent Status: On July 15 Called IRCC, she said a Case Officer has been assigned. Logged into GCKey, saw a ghost update but my Application Status still says: Biometric passed on April 25.

Congrats. So, you got ADR for eligibility review or some background check information? As u mentioned u got ADR on July 15th and wondering if it took time to Get FD today.

Oh no I did not receive any ADR, sorry if I mistakenly mentioned it before. My timeline is in my profile.
I believe the delay is caused by my security, it was comprehensive (From GCMS notes).
