I’m PNP EE Outland, with 16th June AOR. Eligibility & Background Check both in progress( although by calling IRCC I know 2 out of 3 steps are passed( criminality and info exchange) only Security is left.

I’ve completed 4 months already. CPC Edmonton needs to pick up pace.

AOR May 20, 2023, CEC inland with dependents. 5 months processing time completed today. Medicals & biometrics marked completed on Aug 03, 2023. Since then background check has been in progress & eligibility has not started. PVO - Edmonton, SVO - Ottawa.

Hey, did IRCC specifically tell you over the phone about which components are completed under background check? Because whenever I call them, they just say background check is in progress & nothing in specific.

Yes they did.
I had read in forums that people explicitly ask them so I did too.

Any update on your application?

Yes, at last on the 26th of Oct my Eligibility and Background check were completed and the tracker updated with the CoPR details on the 30th. Final decision date on the GC Key is showing too. Now waiting for the Passport Request/RFV mail. Let’s see how long it takes.

June AOR , RFV recieved on 5th Nov. All along PVO was Edmonton but final decision recieved from London,Ontario.

In tracker everything is completed but still in progress
I have called IRCC and they said my medical on file needs to be verified. 6 months passed and no update on my file . Primary VO Edmonton and secondary is Montreal. Anybody has any idea what should be done on my side . Please help
