Yep, that's what happened. A bunch of people said that the state is usually the issue when registering for the tracker. Maybe try to find these posts and see what people did. I think you should be able to create an account. It hasn't shown any updates for me yet.

Got mine this morning. Anyone notice the photo keeps disappearing from the pr portal and when you press add/edit it’s still there?
Someone got approval in 21 days, AOR on Feb 1 and portal email yesterday from Ottawa.

Lucky Person, I got ITA as well as AOR on Feb 1st but still no update on background or eligibility..My VO is Edmonton too ..Although I don’t saw that person update in our FeB Thread..Is that someone you know personally or you saw a thread
it was from Ask Kubeir group in facebook, but as I mentioned that application was processed at Ottowa. Your's being Edmonton, so not sure if the timeline would be same for you.
