Hello on form IMM0008 when I am entering my wife as a family member in the box it says "Will accompany you to canada" Is it correct to put No because she is already living in Canada?

Also in the addresses field I am entering my current address what should I put for the to date...I am still living here...is it ok to use a projected date of my application (around March?)

What is your wifes status. If she is not a PR or Canadian then yes she will accompanying you to Canada. Use to "present"

She is a canadian citizen and i'm using her to sponsor me. she is living in toronto (sorry I should have said spousal sponsorship).

Now for the address I'm typing it in the PDF and it only allows you to put numbers otherwise writing "present" would be a good idea...I guess I can just leave it blank and hand write "present"

Thanks

Also I noticed today that my credit card was charged for the FBI background check...about how long does it take after they charge the credit card to receive the results? I have been waiting for the FBI check so that I may then do my medical appointment because the medical appointment doesn't take long to do.

If your wife is a Canadian citizen and is sponsoring you, you should not put her in your PR application, neither as accompanying nor non-accompanying. You should mention her only in the additional family information form.

I mentioned her in the additional family information and also on form imm0008 because it says:
"You must provide the following details about each of your family members, whether they will be accompanying you to Canada or not. You must include your spouse or common law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, who are not already permanent residents or citizens of Canada."

You are not supposed to mention her on IMM0008 because of what I made bold above. She is already a citizen. Only people mentioned on IMM0008 are you and your close family who are not yet PR or citizens.

As Leon said, she is not a 'family member' as such... She's your sponsor, do not add her here.
